Partners
We defined 3 major partner type in our business model:
- Artist and Designer.
- Merchant (Producer).
- Assembler.
Artist/Designer connected to customer, turn their requirement to a virtual mosaic design.
Merchant (Producer) is the one who make mosaic tiles, assemble these tiles to a mosaic based on the design, and delivery it to customer.
Assembler is separated from merchant roles. because some small retailer and mosaic workshop don't have hands to assemble mosaics. We designed this partner type to provide assembly service to customer and other partners who need it.
